We pride ourselves in giving the best advice and service so all our customers receive the best equipment for their golf game.

We use modern technology and traditional methods to fit you out with correct clubs.

We start by asking some questions about your game to find out if they are any regular patterns to your shot making, if you have any injuries or physical problems that may affect your swing or game.

We then ask you to hit some shots with your own current equipment and make any notes necessary. We also record these so if we do make any adjustments we can compare new to old.

We then take some measurements,

• Height
• Hand to floor
• Glove size
• Ball speed,
• Club-head speed.
• Shaft flex

Then we ask you to hit some shots with some face tape on to see where you strike the ball and if they are any patterns to this. This allows us to see if the clubs are the correct length for you.  Depending on results we may ask you to hit some shots with different lengths of clubs to see how you react.

Once we are satisfied with the length we then check the lie of the club. This is a strange experience if never done before. As we ask you to hit some shots off a lie board, again with tape on to monitor any changes required and if changes necessary we will ask you to hit some shots with some different lie angles to show you results. (please note balls will fly higher off lie boards).

We then use the vector launch monitor to read

• Club head speed
• Launch angle
• Spin rates (back and side)
• Ball speed and distance
• Direction (offline)
• Club path direction

This allows us to see how you react to different shafts and which is better for you.

We now have all the information to give you the perfect length golf club that lies great and has the best shaft for you plus has the correct thickness of grip for you. and the confidence of a free fitting check in 6 weeks time to make double sure you have the correct equipment.

We charge £25 for a custom fitting. If you purchase clubs this is deducted off the price. If not, you are given a voucher to the value of £25 to spend in the Pro's Shop.
