The Club is changing but the Golf Centre is not

The Golf Centre remains open for the foreseeable future
and we look forward to you all continuing to play
on the golf course and driving range

Seve – A True Golfing Hero

How sad the golfing world has lost such a wonderful sportsman. Seve will always be remembered for the most amazing escape shots ever seen on a golf course. He was the first non-British Captain and the first playing captain to win the Ryder Cup for Europe at Valderrama in 1997. 3 Open titles, 2 Masters and too many other titles to mention. He will be sorely missed.

The New Members’ Meet & Greet Evening saw new (and old) members enjoying canapes compliments of Captain Lee and Lady Captain, followed by a quiz set by�Nigel Coombes (it was hard!).� L-R Lady Vets’ Captain Val Treeby (always in demand for quizes, knows a lot!), new members Keith & Janet Miller, Lady Captain Lesley Harris and Katie Mowll.
