Everyone is welcome at Hele Park - golfers and non-golfers alike. You don't need to be a member or even a golfer.
Based on the A383, the western edge of Newton Abbot, Hele Park is in easy reach of Plymouth, Ivybridge, Torquay, Paignton, the English Riviera, Exeter and Totnes.
Set in glorious Devonshire countryside just outside Newton Abbot, within easy reach from the M5 (A38), Hele Park provides one of the finest golf facilities in the UK. Play the scenic, enjoyable and challenging golf course, practice on our all-weather driving range, relax in the bar or restaurant, browse our Pro Shop and take advantage of some of the country's most advanced coaching facilities
The Driving Range is for experienced players and total beginners. No need to book, no dress code. £2.80 for 50 practice balls on our fabulous PowerTees.
The Golf Course is open to all, the only requirements are tidy golf clothes, golf shoes (for safety) and clubs.
BOOKING
Feedback suggests Turn Up And Play has been really popular with Hele Park's golfers but some people like the ability to Book in Advance.
We welcome both Planners and Impulsives so chose your method as below.
PLANNERS
Just call 01626 336060 to book and have your payment card details to hand. Through the winter we are happy to book tee times up to 1 day ahead with advance payment and will revert to 5 days when the winter weather stops taking it's toll. Naturally, a full refund will be given should the course be closed with an immediate refund made to your credit or debit card. Otherwise, a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required or a green fee may be charged.
IMPULSIVES
Simply report to the Pro Shop on arrival and you will be allocated the next available tee time. Feel free to ring beforehand to check there are no competitions or tee closures which may necessitate a long wait - 01626 336060
The Bar and Fairways Restaurant is open to everyone. Pop in for lunch or coffee, try our fabulous home cooked food. Golf can be an optional extra, but you can think about it over a nice cool beer or glass of wine.......
